Welcome to the home for all of my favourite things.

You’ve stumbled across my joyful mixing pot of things that I am good at and things that I love to do (and things that you can hire me for). Whether it’s authentic content creation, personalised photoshoots, awe-inspiring travel content, weird facts about ancient Egypt or eye-opening lifestyle articles, I hope you can find as much joy in my work here as I get from creating it.

I’ve been a creative/ nerdy/ adventurous kid since way back. Whether I was burying my head in Egyptology books in primary school or smashing out my own travel newsletter as a teenager (before travel blogs were a thing), I’ve always been about exploring and sharing the world as I see it, and more importantly telling stories that need to be told. As a grown up this led me to live on quite a few different continents and travel to over 40 countries.

Along the way I worked as a fish and chip shop server, a promo girl, an event planner, a waitress, a teacher, a background actor, a bartender in a dodgy bar, a nanny for a dodgy family, and a stewardess on superyachts (also a bit dodgy). But out of all the weird and wonderful ways I’ve worked my way around the world three things always stuck- Photography, writing and Egyptology

It turns out you tend to get quite good at the things you are most passionate about.

Through the years I’ve managed to refine these passions into my own style of storytelling with a focus on empowering and sharing the stories of women, LGBTQIA+, BIPOC and disabled people.

As someone who fits into a few of these categories, I find myself most fulfilled when honouring and empowering others with these identities- whether that’s with an empowerment photoshoot, documentary photography, thoughtfully written investigative articles, ethical travel writing or Egyptology research.

So if you too are interested in these things, (or at least want to support someone who is), you have come to the right place.

Welcome my friend.

Let my nerdy-niche talents and interests help you.

PS. As I am currently doing my degree in Ancient History/ Egyptology I am not claiming to be a qualified Egyptologist (yet) but I am happy to point you in the right direction or share what knowledge I do have!
